They are kind of uninspiring, aren't they? I've half a mind to start writing notes on the walls of my room.

Maybe we should get some paint. Or put up some of those photos you've been taking so diligently, lately.

That's the plan! Sciel and I were thinking we could paint our rooms whatever color we'd like. What color would you want your walls to be?

You know, I'm not really certain. I prefer darker colors, but I don't think black walls would be pleasant.

Maybe blue? It's supposed to be calming. And enhance productivity.

I think we might need to go look at paint.

Did you and Sciel already decide your colors?

She wants yellow and I want green.

[Maelle and Gustave still share a room and so he sort of gets no say. At least for now. Maelle keeps telling herself she'll stay in her own room eventually, but... there's no rush. Right?]

We still need to choose the right yellow and green, though.

Good choices. They fit.

[ She doesn't think Gustave will mind green. Of course, Lune is willing to bet Gustave would agree to any color Maelle wanted. But green is a good pick for both. ]

True. We'll be looking at these walls plenty, best to make sure they're just right. When is this paint excursion happening?

It could be now. Bedrooms first for painting, and maybe we'll let Gustave choose for the living room.

I suppose it's only fair he gets some say, too. Though we should probably keep veto rights, just in case. What if instead of paint, he picks a wallpaper with pictures of trains?

Well, I could probably take a break. If you and Sciel don't mind company.

I didn't even think of that. Aww, but it could be cute.
